Where we ship European Union, United Kingdom, United States and Canada.
Delivery time Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days and delivered in 5–12 business days after dispatch. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Shipping cost (EU & UK)
- Orders under €80: €8.00 flat
- Orders of €80 and above: free
- Premium shipping (faster carrier, where available at checkout): €15.00
Customs, duties and taxes
- EU customers: nothing to pay on delivery. All import duties are handled by us the price you see at checkout is the final price.
- UK, US and Canada: your order is shipped from outside your country. Import duties, taxes or carrier handling fees may be charged to you by the carrier on delivery, according to your country's rules. These are not included in our prices and we cannot refund them.
Shipping protection (optional, €7.50) Add Shipping Protection in the cart and we replace or refund your order immediately if it is lost, damaged in transit, or marked delivered but not received one email, no forms, no waiting for a carrier investigation. Without it, your legal rights are unchanged: we remain responsible for delivering your order, and we will still sort out any transit problem it just follows the carrier's claim timeline first.
Wrong address Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or wrong, we re-ship it once free of charge; a second re-shipment is charged at the flat rate.
